Shipping policy

Where. We ship within Canada only, to every province and territory. We do not ship to the United States or international addresses at this time.

Cost. Flat rate of $9.99 CAD on orders under $120 CAD (before tax). Free shipping on orders of $120 CAD or more.

Handling time. Orders ship within 2–5 business days from the time you place your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. During peak periods (late November through mid-December) allow a few extra days.

Transit time. Orders travel by Canada Post or a comparable courier. Most orders arrive one to two weeks after ordering; blankets and the journal two to three weeks. Territories and remote addresses can take longer. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

Multiple items. Items in one order may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each parcel. You are charged shipping once.

Lost parcels. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we will open a trace and, where appropriate, send a replacement.

Holiday deadlines. For delivery before December 25, 2026, order blankets and the journal by November 18 and everything else by November 25. Orders placed after those dates will still ship promptly but may not arrive before the holiday.

Taxes. Applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The total shown at checkout, including tax and shipping, is the full amount you pay.
