FAQ

1. Where are your products made?
Designed in Muskoka, made to order by our production partner at the facility nearest you - most pieces in Canada, some in the US.

2. How long will my order take?
Two to five business days to make, then shipping. Most orders are at your door in one to two weeks; blankets and journals can take two to three. You get tracking by email the moment each piece ships.

3. Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet. We are Canada only at launch so we can keep shipping simple and fair. If you are in the United States and want something, email us and we will let you know when that changes.

4. What is the shipping cost?
Flat $20 under $100. Free at $100 and over. Bundles always ship free.

5. What does "no surprise fees" mean?
The total at checkout — product, tax and shipping — is the full amount you pay. Taxes are included at checkout, and every parcel is tracked to your door.

6. Can I return something?

If something is wrong. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it. No return needed. No charge.

Changed your mind?
Sized items — hoodies, crewnecks, tees, joggers and youth apparel — can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Return shipping is your responsibility. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue store credit for the purchase price of the item.

Need a different size?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Simply return your original item for store credit, then place a new order in the size you need. This is the fastest and simplest way to get the right fit.

7. How do the sizes run?
True to size. Between sizes, size up. Full chest and length measurements are on their way - email us in the meantime and we'll get you sorted.

8. How do I wash it?
Fleece and tees: machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Blankets: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, no bleach. Hats: spot clean. Mugs: dishwasher and microwave safe. Prints: keep out of direct sun and away from the kettle.

9. Do you do custom or corporate orders?
For company logos, team gear or larger runs, email hello@hearthandnorth.com. Custom and corporate orders usually start at twelve pieces.
