Shipping & Returns

Where we ship. Canada only, for now. Every province and territory.

How long it takes. Production takes two to five business days, then a courier takes it the rest of the way — most orders are at your door in one to two weeks; blankets and journals run slower, two to three. Farther west, north or east can add a few days. You get tracking the moment each piece ships.

What it costs. Flat $20 on orders under $100. Free on orders of $100 or more. Bundles ship free.

No surprise fees. Taxes are included at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the building.

If something is wrong. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it. No return needed. No charge.

Changed your mind?
Sized items — hoodies, crewnecks, tees, joggers and youth apparel — can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Return shipping is your responsibility. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue store credit for the purchase price of the item.

Need a different size?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Simply return your original item for store credit, then place a new order in the size you need. This is the fastest and simplest way to get the right fit.
