Shipping

Nothing ships the same day. Orders are processed within one to three business days, then travel one to two weeks by post. Plan on two to three weeks door to door. Blankets and remote addresses can take the full three.

Shipping is a flat $9.99 anywhere in Canada. Orders of $120 and over ship free. We ship to every province and territory, and nowhere else for now.

You get a tracking number by email the day your parcel leaves. Multi-item orders sometimes arrive in more than one parcel; each has its own tracking.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or it is not what you ordered, email hello@hearthandnorth.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We replace it free. No return needed.

Changed your mind

Sized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Email us first for the return address. You pay the return shipping. When it arrives and has been checked, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method, within five business days. The original shipping charge is not refunded.

Sizes and exchanges

We do not process exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order in the size you need. It is faster than waiting on us. If you are unsure of a size, email us your usual size and the brand it comes from, and we will tell you what to order.

Cancellations

Orders move quickly. To cancel or change one, email within two hours of ordering. After that it is usually already underway.
